"Photographed last summer in Lebanon while on assignment for the The New York Times, Paolo Pellegrin intimately captured the Lebanese population in the face of the ceaseless Israeli air strikes, revealing the despair of families and friends witnessing the deaths of their loved ones whilst around them their homes were destroyed. In particular Pellegrin documented the aftermath of the attack on the village of Qana in southern Lebanon; including many of the victims' children, he reveals the immense suffering of the civilians."

War Child is a non-profitable organization that helps children harmed by conflicts all over the world. They work helping to form child soldiers in Democratic Republic of Congo, support and educate street kids in Iraq and protect imprisoned children in Afghanistan.

"Undo" at Dazed Gallery

'Undo' at The Dazed Gallery is the second part of curator Predrag Pajdic's integral and ambitious 'In Focus' initiative. The exhibition features incredibly challenging work from artists based in Egypt, Palestine, Iraq, Syria and Iran, all of whom are presenting works that have never been seen before in the West dealing in the searing personal subject matter of bereavement, conflict, tension and loss.

Set in Berlin in the late 1980s, toward the end of the Cold War, Wings of Desire follows two angels, Damiel and Cassiel, as they roam the city, unseen and unheard by the people, observing and listening to the diverse thoughts of Berliners: a pregnant woman, a painter, a broken man who thinks his girlfriend no longer loves him.
This is basically what one of my favorites movie is about. That’s why the Berlin Angel (Dam, I forgot his very difficult Germany name) is my favorite sightseeing. My friend Claudio Arriagada, took pictures of the Angel in different times of the year. Really love them.
