Set in Berlin in the late 1980s, toward the end of the Cold War, Wings of Desire follows two angels, Damiel and Cassiel, as they roam the city, unseen and unheard by the people, observing and listening to the diverse thoughts of Berliners: a pregnant woman, a painter, a broken man who thinks his girlfriend no longer loves him.
This is basically what one of my favorites movie is about. That’s why the Berlin Angel (Dam, I forgot his very difficult Germany name) is my favorite sightseeing. My friend Claudio Arriagada, took pictures of the Angel in different times of the year. Really love them.
